Onion Jack

This machine is mainly composed of a hydraulic jack, head, frame, splint holding steel strand, and a set of loose clamp mechanisms.
The steel strand is inserted into the top pressure head splint by the spring elastic force. When the hydraulic cylinder enters the oil, the piston moves and the top pressure head moves with the head of the steel strand.
At the same time, the steel strand splint clamps the steel strand by slope, and the splint clamps the steel strand by a slope as the piston moves.
In this way, when the piston moves in place, the steel strand between the clamping part of the splint and the top pressure head will be pressed into a pear-shaped flower shape, and then the piston return journey will pull the loose clamping mechanism to drive the splint out, and the steel strand can be taken out. The embossing is finished.
