Instructions for use:
1. The mixer should be set in a flat position, and the front and rear axles should be cushioned with square wood, so that the tires should be elevated to avoid movement when starting. 2. The mixer should be implemented with secondary leakage protection. After the power is turned on before going to work, it must be carefully inspected, and it can be used only after the empty vehicle is deemed qualified. During the trial run, check whether the mixing drum speed is appropriate. Generally, the empty car speed is slightly faster than the heavy car (after loading) by 2 to 3 revolutions. If there is a large difference, the ratio of the driving wheel and the driving wheel should be adjusted. 3. The rotation direction of the mixing drum should be in accordance with the direction indicated by the arrow. If it is not true, the motor wiring should be corrected. 4. Check whether the transmission clutch and brake are flexible and reliable, whether the steel wire rope is damaged, whether the track pulley is in good condition, whether there are obstacles around and the lubrication of various parts, etc. 5. After starting up, always pay attention to the normal operation of the various parts of the mixer. When shutting down, always check whether the blades of the mixer are bent and whether the screws are knocked off or loose. 6. When the concrete is mixed or is expected to stop for more than 1 hour, in addition to draining the remaining material, pour stones and water into the shaking drum, turn on the machine, and rinse the mortar sticking to the drum and discharge it. There should be no water in the barrel to avoid rusting of the barrel and blades. At the same time, the dust accumulation outside the mixing drum should be cleaned up to keep the machinery clean and intact. 7. After get off work and when the machine is not in use, turn off the power and lock the switch box to ensure safety.
Mixer maintenance and maintenance：
1 Maintain the cleanliness of the body and remove dirt and obstacles on the body. 2 Check the oil and circuit and control equipment of each lubrication place, and add lubricating oil as required. 3 Before each shift, add water to the mixing drum and run it for 1 to 2 minutes. At the same time, check the reliability of the clutch and brake device. 4 During the operation of the concrete mixer, check whether the noise of the motor, reducer, and transmission gear is normal, and whether the temperature rise is too high. 5 After each shift, the concrete mixer should be cleaned carefully. 6 In order to ensure its technical performance, it is necessary to pay attention to not shoddy, and high-quality bearings must be selected during maintenance and reconstruction.
