Answer: We can provide government-related industrial UAV overseas bidding projects, UAV door-to-door teaching and training services, UAV overseas joining shop, UAV overseas factory building assembly workshop, UAV professional customization and other services.  

3. If we have overseas uav government bidding projects, how do you generally operate?

Answer: Please send us the original documents and English translation documents of the uav project submitted by your government. The picture format may affect the processing speed. It is better to provide Office Word.  

Content needs to include: uav parameter requirements, professional customization requirements, capacity, endurance time, quantity.  

Please let us know the specific start and end time of bidding so that we can make full preparations.  

We will prepare the bidding document for you after review, which usually takes 3-5 days. If you need professional language translation, please inform us in advance. We can also have a video conference to understand your specific requirements.  

4. If I want to open a shop, can you send someone to serve me?  

Answer:  We are expanding our market to open a shop business, if you have requirements, please contact with us directly, we will give you a questionnaire, after approval, we will send overseas project manager the door docking to join with you open a shop, usually set up shop to complete preparations for 3 months, if you have their own property, such as the facade or office space,  Warehouse, we will give priority to, please send the house ownership certificate, company business license and join application form in advance.  

5. I don’t know anything about uav, but I want to learn uav. Do you provide door-to-door teaching?  

Answer:  After buying our uav, we can provide on-site teaching and training services, is usually an additional charge, before the door, we will send you to learn video learning, the teacher will be in 1-3 workdays door-to-door service, service fee is 300-400 usd/day, need you to help the teacher to buy tickets, accommodation, and meal expenses, until you learn to later, the teacher leaves, and students usually learn in one day or two hours.  

6. If something goes wrong with the drone I bought, how can I get the after-sales service?  

Answer: You can check whether there are local dealers. If not, you can contact us directly through the platform. We will provide 12-hour online video or voice service for engineers from 9:00am to 12am.  From 14:00 to 22:30, please send us videos and pictures of the damaged state of the UAV, and briefly describe the situation, and the parts and quantity that need to be replaced. Due to the time difference, we will reply in turn during working hours. If the damaged parts are caused by their own problems within the warranty period of the UAV, we will replace them free of charge.  If the damage is caused by man-made problems, we need to pay for replacement. We will draft online orders for the parts that need to be replaced. After you pay, we will deliver the goods online within 24 hours.  The flight control system is a fixed module, the possibility of damage is not likely, no maintenance, only direct replacement.

12. Can I be your agent in our country?  

Answer: We are developing agents all over the world. You can sign an agency agreement with us.  

13. How long is the warranty for your product?
